The DEM'ARTS project is launching its second cycle for 2025-2026 with a special focus on artificial intelligence, creativity, and democracy. The inaugural session of this second cycle, entitled “AI and Sensitive Transformations of Democracy,” will be led by members of the project's scientific team and will provide an opportunity to discuss the aesthetic, social, and educational changes brought by artificial intelligence. It will address the transformations in artistic practices, forms of expression, and modes of knowledge sharing that emerging technologies imply.
During this meeting, the aesthetic and democratic issues related to AI will be explored, particularly regarding the processes of creation and interpretation, collective imaginaries, and spaces for exchange. The seminar will also focus on the educational dimension of these developments and the issues of accessibility, inclusivity, and knowledge sharing that they raise.
